BIOGRAPHY What happens if you're racing into a tree at 80 m/ph? There's an enormous bang - the same bang that occurs when you put A Chinese Restaurant's debut album into your CD-player. My Dearest I Cannot Speak is the first record of the 3 boys from a small village in Northern Germany near Hamburg. Their distinct sound is situated somewhere between punk, hardcore and alternative without fullfilling the usual clishées. Lyrically, My Dearest I Cannot Speak is about issues that everyone has experienced before: Life, love, hate and friendship. Heavy screams meet with clean vocals, while perfectly arranged melodies are catching your ears to never leave you again. After playing more than 100 live shows, no matter whether small clubs or festival shows, every show is completed with the same power and passion. With My Dearest I Cannot Speak already loaded in the barrel, ACR is currently in search of a label that is willing to put the same passion into the record as the boys themselves have been putting.
