BRANE BIO
Beginning to climb the ranks and gaining notoriety across the nation, is the explosive modern rock quartet BRANE. Based out of Toronto with members Josh Wannamaker (guitars and vocals), Gavin Buehler (guitars), Maxim Shelkov (Bass) and Adam Perzia (drums and backing vocals) this group brings a unique sound that stands above the cookie cutter pattern of today’s music.
With the release of their 2008 debut album ‘The Artificial Picture,’ The Halifax Daily News boasts, “This Toronto quartet offers a superb sonic assault with its debut CD, channeling some of the best hard rock/metal influences of the past three decades...”
BRANE has since been featured and played on over 30 commercial radio stations across Canada including heavy hitters such as 97.7 HTZfm, Y108 and 94.9 The Rock to name a few. They have found their way into rotation on Maxtrax Satellite radio and had music featured on E! Entertainment’s television series, ‘The Art of Building Bodies.’ BRANE has recently had their video for their song, “Beautiful,” added into rotation on Much Loud.
