About the Artist
KALIBER sucks.
No record deal, no connection, no radio hit. Other bands are being supported, promoted and adjusted for the music business. KALIBER on the other hand have been thrown out at a Popacademy showcase at once – "too much testosteron!" was the statement. KALIBER is not the kind of band a housewife would chose to hear whilst cooking.
However, KALIBER have balls.
At the German Rock- and Pop awards show 2006 the band won an award in the category Hard'n'Heavy. They performed in many german cities and toured through Poland. After two demotapes and many performances at lokal radio- and TV stations, such as Radio Fritz and TV-Berlin, the band released their selfproduced album GUERILLATAKTIK... raw and unpolished, with a powerful hard edge sound.

Und ja..even if they say that they sound too hard..or whatever FTA...KALIBER doesn't sound THAT hard to me at all. They simply have a heavy metal sound and very good vocals + AWESOME lyrics. (KALIBER FTW) I'd be glad to support this band if I had the chance. Too bad I can't . =.=
