We generally require all our trackers to perform an Army physical which consists of a five mile run, push up test and sit up test. In addition all trackers must be able to hold their breath for at least 120 seconds while doing the worm. It also helps if you have tracked songs before and can count to 4 repeatedly without skipping a number.
