Well yeah, thats the way it used to be until the tracker section changed. The founders don't want songs released without all difficulties, so I follow what they tell me.

ohhhhh nevermind, I think i know whats wrong. Its just because there aren't 4 difficulties. I dont think tracks will show up in the Release Candidates unless they have all 4.
